Start & Running Leg (Map)
The relay will begin promptly at 10:00 in front of the Salvation Army, not far from Constitution Park.  The runners will head South on Arch Ave. to Wayne Ave., left on Jefferson and cut the corner across the grass to Washington Ave. The course will take them left on Windsor, then left on Delphine Avenue.  (Runners are expected to run in the flat grass behind the guardrails on Delphine).  Runners will turn left and follow a route behind NAPA before proceeding to the finish on Main Street.  The running leg will end at Constitution Park, just after crossing the Main Street Bridge.  Runners must have numbers displayed on the front of their shirt or shorts or visibly drawn on their arm.

River & Bike Course (Map)
The paddlers will leave Constitution Park at the Main St. Bridge and will take out on the right side of the river just North of the Hopeman Pkwy Bridge.  Solo participants must paddle solo and are not allowed to receive help in their boat.  At the transition one paddler will need to get out of the boat and run approx. 100 yards to make the hand-off to the bicyclist.  The river to bike exchange must take place on Hopeman Pkwy.  Lead paddler (or solo paddler) must pin their number on the front of their life vest.

River to Bike Transition & Finish (Map)
The bicyclist will begin an out-and-back course on Hopeman Pkwy, cross the river and turn right onto Rockfish Rd. (865), a somewhat hilly and winding road.  There is a turn around just short of Rt. 612 about 5-1/2 miles out. They will return toward town on Rockfish Rd. and turn left on to Hopeman Pkwy, the way they came and pass the transition point.  The finish line is near the entrance to Basic Park, which is the next right at the stop light on Hopeman Pkwy. Bicyclists may not draft each other and must have number on back of shirt/shorts, or visible on arm and/or front of helmet.
