The
Waynesboro Road & River
Relay as part of Riverfest is a run, paddle and bike triathlon over an
approximate 16.5 mile course in and around Waynesboro, Virginia. The race
features well-marked, relatively flat running and bike courses, Masters Solo
categories and excellent prizes. Plus, as an incentive to create new
teams, you can deduct $5.00 from your application fee for every fully paid
new participant's application included with your application and check by
April 18th.
Teams may consist of one (solo)
to four people. The first leg is a 3.1-mile run over a relatively flat,
cross-country course. The second leg is a 2-mile canoe or kayak segment
on the South River. The third and final leg is an 11.5-mile bicycle
segment on a slightly hilly course. The relay will occur rain or

Payment Information
$25.00 per team member/$30.00 solo for registration received prior to
April 18th.
$30.00 per team member/$35.00 solo after April 18th and on race day.
You may deduct $5.00 from your application fee for every fully paid new
participant's application submitted with your application and check by April 18th.
